Center Sidi Bou Said for Languages runs the following programs. The dates below are the dates of instruction and housing is open for student two (2) days before and after the program dates.

Please note that aside from the program dates listed, customized course dates can be arranged year-round for students taking private individual, private or small group lessons.
1. Monthly Program
Course in the monthly program begin the first weekday of every month and last until the end of the month. The start dates and number of hours of instruction during our programs are flexible and we will work with you to accommodate your university’s schedule.
2. Short-term Intensive Programs (Winter, Spring, Summer)
Short-term intensive programs offer an opportunity for students to study during their holidays. If students enroll in both sessions of any given program they will receive a discounted tuition. Housing is open between sessions and students staying for more than one session are welcome to stay during the period between sessions.

3. Term Programs
Term programs generally correspond with the academic calendar. The start dates and number of hours of instruction during our programs are flexible and since the dates of academic institutions vary from country to country, we will work with you to accommodate your university’s schedule. Each session includes twelve (12) weeks of instruction.
These programs can be ideal for students seeking to complete a study abroad requirement. We are able to coordinate and provide all the necessary information to make your courses at Center Sidi Bou Said for Languages credit-bearing with your university if possible. 4. Year Programs
Year programs are designed for students wishing to study for an entire year with regular breaks between sessions. There are three different program start dates for students wishing to start either during the winter, spring or fall.

5. Private Tutoring (open year-round)
Students can arrange for private tutoring during sessions with customized start and end dates. They are welcome to take as many hours as they would like but most students generally choose to take about 3-5 hours each weekday. Our instructors have varied educational background and expertise so we are able to create customized programs in not only Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and dialectal Arabic, but also in Arabic for Specific Purposes (Medical, Business, Finance, Media, Diplomatic and Consular Affairs). 6. Student Group / Corporate / Embassies (open year-round)
Our center is able to create customized groups based on the need of your institution. We offer a unique curriculum based off of news and current events in the Arabic world. Our combination of sound curricular and methodological elements appreciates and identifies the unique learning styles and strengths, preparing students to reach their greatest learning potential in order to better enable them to successfully communicate and engage on an international and multilingual level.
