Methodology:

Our methodology is simple. We want students to learn the Arabic language, not just about the Arabic language. We do this by creating interactive classes based on original lesson plans that draw heavily from current media subjects. Our classes challenge students to think, to guess about answers, and to work toward a solution. We employ multimedia resources such as video clips, local and world newscasts and newspapers, magazine articles, movie clips, commercials, and interviews to help students directly apply their language acquisition to everyday life. We also use a variety of course materials for a deeper culture understanding by using resources drawing from the fields of Arab culture, literature, and history as well as the Islamic faith.
